We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
HAVENchildren will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please email email@example.com with your name, item you purchased, transaction date and reason for the return.
You can send the item back to us at the address below using any other trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. Please be certain to insure the package if you are returning or exchanging the item on your own.
